Access to our room involved a tricky external staircase, which was quite inconvenient for us. the dining options were not as varied as we hoped, with a restaurant closed during our stay limiting our meal choices. Lastly, while the grounds were lovely, noise from neighboring rooms occasionally disrupted our quiet time.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Logis Manoir De La Giraudiere! The charming historical architecture captivated me, and the spacious room with a comfortable bed made for a restful experience. Even the lovely grounds provided an inviting atmosphere to relax in nature.

The Manoir offers a beautiful historic setting that really enhances the experience. We enjoyed fresh warm croissants at breakfast, alongside a good selection of meats and eggs. A short drive to Chinon made dinner easy with various dining options available. getting to our room involved an external staircase, which might be inconvenient for some guests. The breakfast experience could use some improvement. it was frustrating to find a cup of tea difficult to obtain due to loose leaf tea without a strainer and limited milk available. Still, the staff made us feel welcome, and the value for money was quite impressive.

the setting of this hotel is super nice, really loved the cozy historic vibe! the staff were friendly and gave us a warm welcome. breakfast outside was chill, tho it was a bit tricky to get tea right. having a kettle in the room was a real plus, much appreciated! easy access to chinon made dinner runs super simple.

the interior decor was a total letdown, so outdated it felt like a time warp. also, the sound insulation was pretty bad, could hear everything from next door.

The beautiful setting of the manor, with large grounds, was a hit with our kids and our pet! The kitchenette in our room made family meals easy. We even enjoyed an afternoon at the superb pool in Avoine, which had a fantastic slide that thrilled all the kids.
